Our new outsourcing solutions are designed to cater to businesses in Australia and New Zealand, offering a wide range of services to meet your specific needs.
We are seeking talented individuals like you with strong admin skills to join our team and be part of our exciting journey. You will be an integral part of Australian and New Zealand team and will be working from our office in Bangladesh.

Job responsibilities for Compliance Support Assistance: –
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of trainer files for all staff members involved in vocational education and training programs. This includes organizing, updating, and filing documents such as qualifications, certifications, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that trainer files comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and college policies. Regularly review files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Responsible for entering data accurately into the college’s systems and maintaining comprehensive records of trainer qualifications, certifications, and professional development activities.
• Verify the authenticity and validity of documents submitted by trainers, including academic qualifications, professional certifications, and relevant work experience. Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with college standards.
• Collaborate with training and development teams to organize workshops and training sessions for trainers on file maintenance procedures, compliance requirements, and best practices for documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for trainers regarding file maintenance queries, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Address any concerns or issues raised by trainers promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular audits of trainer files to assess compliance with college policies and regulatory standards. Identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage the electronic and physical filing systems for trainer files, ensuring accessibility, security, and confidentiality of sensitive information. Implement file organization strategies to facilitate efficient retrieval and reference.
• Liaise with the human resources and compliance departments to ensure alignment of trainer file maintenance processes with overall organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes and enhance compliance.
• Continuously evaluate and refine file maintenance processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Seek feedback from stakeholders and implement improvements to enhance the overall quality of file management practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of file maintenance activities, including audit reports, compliance records, and training documentation. Prepare regular reports for management review, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Keep abreast of developments in vocational education and training regulations, standards, and best practices related to file maintenance.
• Maintain open communication channels with trainers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive compliance culture. Address any concerns or issues in a timely and constructive manner.

Education
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. • Demonstrated experience working in compliance. • Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

However, in writing has to be at least 7 band
