Description

• Market courses to overseas students
• Drive student enrolment numbers by connecting with new and existing Immigration and Education Agents, Employers, and Trainees to sign up on courses offered by the Institute under the CRICOS/Fee for services for international onshore, offshore and domestic students. Build and maintain ongoing relationship with clientele and enrolled students of the Institute
• Follow up on warm leads derived from Institute marketing campaigns and maintain existing relationships
• Organise and attend meetings with Management teams, external agents and consultants
• Liaise with employers, trainees and students on eligibility and facilitate the enrolment process with the Institutes Admissions team
• Record and report on your daily sales activity in the company CRM
• Meeting set Key Performance Indicators for eligible student enrolments
• Adhere to the Institute’s procedures and policies across the board to ensure compliance
• Be diligent and autonomous and take ownership of client work assigned
• Complete relevant administration tasks associated with RTO processes.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for our client’s products and services
• Conduct market research and analyse customer needs to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions
• Create marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role (Specially in RTO/CRICOS)
Must Have
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role (Specially in RTO/CRICOS) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics and social media platforms • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
